The word Guru Purnima is made up of two letters, the word 'Gu' which means darkness, And 'Ru' means light. That is, the one who takes you from the darkness of ignorance to the light of knowledge is considered our Guru. Similarly, Purnima Sabad is also made by the combination of two Akcharos. 'Purna' means completion and 'Mother' here denotes the month. That is, the month is completed on this date. In fact, the duration of time depends on the movement of the Sun and moon. That is why the full moon is seen by connecting with the moon. Probably that's why its master is also Moon. From the point of view of study for four months from the day of Guru Purnima, the material is useful.This day is neither the physical is not hot and it is not cold, because of the rainy season. In ancient times, instead of entering the Guru, he used to stay in a village for four months and then used to tell the things of knowledge to the people there.
